For use in both high and low temperature commercial dishwasher
machines with water temperature above 120 degrees F.

To ensure proper sanitizing, free chlorine levels of approximately 50-100 ppm is required at dishwasher machine water. Test point-of-use water at dishwasher machine with chlorine test strips and adjust machine dosage accordingly. To further increase chlorine levels, add more low temp chlorine to five gallon pail from using additional gallon of chlorine.
This product degrades with age. Use chlorine test strips and increase dosage, as necessary, to monitor and maintain the required levels of chlorine.
