Dishwasher Sanitizer Concentrate creates 5-gallons of diluted sanitizer with 2.8 % wt available chlorine. This chlorine based sanitizer chemically eliminates bacteria from dishware, glasses and utensils. Intended for use in low temperature dishwasher machines and as a sanitizer for non-porous food contact services. Great for use in any food service kitchen including restaurants, diners, hotels and not-for-profits.
Shipped as a concentrate, each bottle is diluted with water to make 5-gallons of powerful Dishwasher Sanitizer Solution with 2.8% available chlorine (Pail is not included). Simply pour concentrate into empty 5-gallon pail. Fill pail with water. Apply label and ready for use. One case comes with four 1-gallon containers of commercial dishwasher chlorine. (4-bottles per case).
Directions: Before use, the Dishwasher Sanitizer Concentrate should be diluted with water (See Product Mixing Instructions) to create 5-gallons of Dishwasher Sanit Solution with 2.8% available chlorine. For use in low temperature dishwasher machines with water temperature above 120 °Farenheit. To ensure proper sanitizing of kitchen wares, free chlorine levels of 100 ppm is required at dishwasher machine water and contact tie of at least 7 seconds.
Remove all food particles and soil from kitchen wares by pre-scraping and pre-flushing. Place soiled kitchen wares into racks that exposes items to unobstructed spray and allows the items to drain. Place into dishwasher run wash cycle with appropriate detergent. Using automatic chemical dispenser inject dish sani solution into dishwasher during the final rinse step to reach a concentration of 100 ppm available chlorine. To achieve this level adjust feeding device to meter in 1-oz of Dish Sani Solution per 2 gallons of fresh water. Test point-of-use water with chlorine test kit and increase if levels drop below 50 ppm. To further increase chlorine levels, add more dish sani concentrate to 5-gallons pail from additional gallon. After completions of dishwasher cycle remove kitchen ware from machine. Allow to air dry and drain.
